Every year in September, Moda Fabrics sponsors a National Sew a Jelly Roll Day or #NSAJRD! This year it's on September 19th! Mark your calendars - Save the Date!
This event is help educate and inspire the use of Jelly Rolls. Jelly Rolls are strips of fabric that measure 2.5" wide by 44" long. I absolutely adore Jelly Rolls!
When I first started quilting I would collect Jelly Rolls and Fat Quarters. And then they would sit there because I had no idea what to do with them! Thankfully, with #NSAJRD you won't be so bewildered.
There are so many fun projects you could do with a Jelly Roll. My personal favorite is the Jelly Roll Race! Looks something like this:
